Therauptic Services I Provide
I use an eclectic technique in therapy and primarily utilize components of the following therapy models and treatment approaches:
- Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Processing
- Attachment-Based
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Person-Centered
- Psychodynamic
- Solution-Focused
- Strength-Based
- Trauma-Focused
Sessions
I can meet for in-person sessions, which allows for a more personal experience, and virtual sessions for those who would benefit from the convenience of this method.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can discuss your mental health needs and therapy preferences. I can also answer any questions you may have about psychotherapy or the treatment process during the consultation.
For virtual sessions, I do require that clients have access to reliable internet connection in a private area free of distractions to ensure confidentiality and allow for full engagement. Please be aware that all consent and intake forms will be provided to you to fill out and sign online since we will not be meeting in person. More information regarding virtual sessions will be discussed during the intake process or free 15-minute consultation.

I provide individual psychotherapy for teenagers (ages 14 and up) and adults. I work best with those struggling with issues related to:

- Women’s Health
Special Populations:
I implement cultural competence into my treatment approach with Native American/ Indigenous peoples. I am half Native American from three different tribes and was raised in two different pueblos in New Mexico; therefore, I am familiar with pueblo traditional beliefs, practices, and values, and the barriers and problems that specifically affect this population.
